went to see a very cool house today... is literally cool, got marble floor one.. haa.. winter and marble floor, know what i mean - cool... yea....

anyway, im going to move house this friday!!! yeah!! and i managed to negoitate wif my landlord to end my lease this friday so i'll pay and stay for exactly one week.... so i dun lost out and he dun gain from me! hahahahaha... our face-to-face arguement juz now was in a nutshell, heated, and both insisting own wants and nothing could be done unless one party gives in... so finally after much insulting me (and me speaking rudely back), mr landlord finally gives in to me... :P

i'll be moving to jace and kezia's house, juz one busway behind my current busway - but tat's zone 2 liao, so if i stay there for long term, i wonder if my transport fees will go up cos normally im juz within the zone 1 area... (its a brisbane bus transport thing) The thing is jace and kezia, both from church, are recently married - and i juz dun wanna be the lamp-post among them... yea, so see how it goes.. the plan is, i can stay there temporarily until i find somewhere else, or until all 3 of us decide to continue to rent that house when the lease ends in sept.

results are out!! and its good, thank God!! i already knew that there are 4 marketing subjects that i've done in TP but QUT didnt exempt me... one of which is IMC, to be done this coming semester... but what i didnt realise until now, is that the textbook is exactly the same as the one i used in TP for the IMC module too... which means im totally repeating myself!! oh crap... :s i think it might be too late for me to apply for exemption now... :s :s double sianx...
