well well.. my housemates had forgone the deposit we paid for the new house (that i intended to stay there from sep till i grad but pay little rent during the holiday) and instead managed to arrange a lease at this current place till november but at increased rent... they forgone the deposit, their money not mine... but cos this hse increase rent so when sept comes, the rent i pay them also should go up to $140 (the agreed amt i'd pay for the new house) - den after i go back sg for my holiday and come back brisbane again, i gotta find my own place again...

actually i've juz began to warm up to liking the new place that we'd haf moved in to - all the space in my room (cos right now their things are still in my room!), my own toilet (we've got 2 toilets now too but they used one as storage!), a lock in my room (yea, i change in my closed bedroom but without a lock lor!)... but in the end, they decided that they cannot accept the little bit of rent i'd be willing to pay for the holidays so decided to juz call off that house...

now the only thing i bu shuang is i pay the increased rent but get as little space... :s even if its jus for 2 months - i think i deserve getting the space i paid for....... but im not going to argue with them la... we're still frens afterall... if its juz any housemates i will fight lor... haa..

anyway, den i worked out my finances - if the new move plan had carried out, the total amount i pay until i grad is even prob more expensive actually... if i come back and get a place that less than $180 a week, i'd still save up to $200 over!! woohoo... thats comforting to know...! haaa....
