arghhh... AGL the stupid gas company is really reallyyyyy making my blood boil... in a nutshell, they own me my refundable deposit for like 3 months already lor... y'day i finally received a chq from them... but guess what, its only $15.11 when it should have been $80... im sooooo pissed now... arghhhhhhhhh.... i was going to mail them an official letter of demand already, now they do this kind of thing..... arghh... how am going to structure my letter... arghhh....!!!!
