I can move tomorrow!! muahahahahaa....

the tenants (ruth and huiyan) of this house tat im in currently will all be back tmr and its prob best that i can move out by tmr... well, tat was my initial plan... but things didnt seem very successful in the beginning... last nite i viewed a city apartment... it was a really good location, literally rite outside uni, above a chinese restaurant, beside a chemist... and the house is very big and spacious and tastefully maintained... and the room although was small was prob enuff... but its only going to be available on 14 march, i actually told the people there yes i'll rent their place, and we were going to sign the papers on coming tues.. and actually i was praying that we can sign the papers any day after saturday becos i was still waiting for another house in a zone 2 suburb called Annerley to give me a reply on whether or not im going to get to rent her place... (cos she said she can only give me a reply fri or sat) and thank god the city apt people said to sign the papers on tues...

so today at 6pm, the Annerley person told me i rent that place if i still want it... and so yes, i want it... and cos i told her already that i like to move by sunday, so i asked her can i move tmr and after i've moved den we'll sign the papers and she said ok... so yeah! i can move tmr!! apologetically, i called the city apt to say im backing out... hehh... thank God they were very nice, they didnt make things hard for me... :) the Annerley unit is cheaper than the city one and plus its immediately available, so yea, i think its a better deal...

so tmr ruth, huiyan and myself will all have our own beds to sleep on...!! yeah!!
