in case u still dunno, debbie chua is back in brisbane...

for jus 3 days... my legs are super aching and sored from climbing up and down hills... why? becos brisbane is built on hills... i used to complain so much abt my 1st house at dorchester st for being hilly... now im staying at st lucia in a fren's house temporarily and boy, her house IS in the middle of a super duper steep hill tat i believe is the main cause of my aches...

house hunting began right when i landed... but i was duper sleepy, so i started viewing places on sunday only... so far i've called 5 houses, seen 3 - out of which 1 i really liked... its was an absolutely new, clean, modern and cool townhouse in herston suburb where the other QUT campus is near... well, not exactly near... the walk from QUT to tat house prob added another 40% to my aches.... but the house was realllyyyy cool... but anyway, i got a call about 1 hr later informing that they've picked someone else for to give the lease to... so well... im still homeless...

i was thinking of having aussie housemates, but somehow i do think that they prob prefer to not live with an asian anyway... plus, im not like a very cool asian kid too, i appear nerdy at 1st look, i think... why aussie housemates? well, cos im in aussie! ha... prob more experiences if i were to live wif a local rite... den again, with asian housemates, i can cook and do asian things freely without thinking wat they would think of me... HEE...

arghh... i just wanna get my own place soon!!
