watched tv juz now - "real CSI"... there was a guy, Dr Shepperd, who was accused of murdering his wife without even being given a fair trial... so many things and evidences were untested and/or not even tested and he was found guilty by the jury that he killed his wife who was found dead in their bedroom with half of her clothes off herself... maybe it was the director of that tv show, or maybe it's just me - i do think he seem very innocent given the 2 re-trials' arguments and new evidence testing methods... for goodness sake, the 1st trial that convicted him did not even test to check if the blood in the crime scene was belonged to him... the re-trials tested the old blood and found it to not belong to that guy nor his dead wife, so obviously there was a 3rd person... and some many other things... the guy was found not guilty in the 2nd re-trial and released from prison where he was jailed for the past 10 years... and the 3rd re-trial was brought up by his son after he died in the early age of 47, cos the son wanted to sue the government for wrongly and unjustly jailing his innocent father - and the 3rd trial found the poor Dr Shepperd guilty again, even after his dead for 30 yrs...

imagine if u were Shepperd... u hear ur wife scream and go up to find her in a pool of her blood half naked, face totally smashed... and u were certain u saw a stranger in the room whom u fought wif and ran away... den u get accused for ur beloved wife's murder and u die with the whole world thinking that u had murder her... so sad rite... aiyo, i feel so sad for the dead guy, and the dead wife...

and all this jus makes me miss billy even more now... haa... i dunno why...
